What’s the most fun way to exercise?
I know of a fun way to burn off calories, but I’ll not be sharing the details here!

I don’t know if I could call any of the standard means of seeking fitness ‘fun’. I’ve been doing regular sit-ups since the start of April, interspersed with a few press-ups. I’ve added using weights to this arrangement. None of it is what I’d call enjoyable. All of it leaves me aching. It’s unquestionably worth it – I’ve never been especially fit, so anything is better than nothing – but fun? I can’t call it fun.
