So, what era does this meerkat most desire to live in? I have a feeling I’ve answered this before, but here goes.

There are several fantastical settings. The 24th Century, living as a citizen of the United Federation of Planets from Star Trek, would be wonderful in many regards, especially if you lived on earth, which is described as a paradise by that point. Being a powerful Force user in the Star Wars galaxy would confer many advantages, especially in such a technologically advanced society. Perhaps the most fascinating landscape upon which to settle would be the Greater Commonwealth, from Peter F. Hamilton’s Void Trilogy. This society has incredible technology, some unique societies, and an astonishing number of worlds to explore. It would be quite epic.
