I don’t think I have any specific habit that I turn to in order to help my day-to-day activities. I sometimes take a vitamin pill, does that sort of thing count?
What I should do is exercise more, but that requires a level of motivation that I just don’t feel. I’m pretty sure daily exercise would do me a world of long-term good, but I don’t think I can work up the desire to do it. Perhaps that will change one day, but not today!
Something my old therapist told me – “‘Action’ doesn’t just come before ‘motivation’ in the dictionary.” People don’t get motivated to exercise if they don’t already enjoy it. By making it a habit, you might grow to enjoy it though!!!

You can! All you have to do is do the exercise before you get “motivated.” Because, really, the only thing that could motivate me to run would be someone chasing me. With a spear. LOL
