B… B… Gotta admit, I’m struggling for a movie beginning with B that I’ve seen… Oh wait, eureka moment!

Blade Runner.

Now, I’m fully aware this 1982 film has cult status. It’s heralded as a sci-fi masterpiece. I for one, just don’t get the appeal. It’s not a bad film, but it’s not anything particularly amazing or special to me. It’s artistic, but also very grim in places (the rape scene is uncomfortable, to put it mildly). It’s also just… Well… It just doesn’t wow me.
