The Bi-weekly Muse

It occurs to me that generally speaking, my posts are quite unstructured. By that, I mean, I tend to post what I want, when I want. Of course, it’s my blog, so I can do what I want, but is that necessarily fair on the readers? Would both blogger and bloggee (is that a word?) benefit from a more… orderly approach?

An intriguing idea?

To that end, I might just end up putting together some kind of framework. A regular series, designed to allow followers to catch up in one neat burst, should they wish to. That doesn’t mean that random posts won’t appear, but a summary of sorts would be useful.

So, starting next week, a twice-monthly post shall appear, with updates upon this meerkat’s activities, be they good, bad, indifferent or just plain weird. Naturally this will involve some mention of my writing work, as I’m keen to keep up the momentum with it, but hopefully it will not bore people, as there’ll be other stuff too.

Happy meerkat! I think…

I’ll sign off with some book-related stuff…

If you’re a sci-fi fan, you might be curious about my new (and first ever!) book, The Awakening, available on the Kindle store and free on Kindle Unlimited. It tells of a human/alien war from the aliens’ perspective, and how a fallen warrior must lead a band of disgraced outcasts, first to freedom, and then to revolution, if he is to save his people. I hope you enjoy!

Right folks, I am now part of the Amazon Associate scheme – basically, if you click on any Amazon links on my site and buy something, I get paid. It’s important to bear that in mind for legal reasons. It doesn’t cost you a penny, and it will help with the upkeep of this website!

If you sign up to Amazon Music Unlimited (it’s a free trial) it will give you the opportunity to enjoy whatever music you fancy, completely free for 30 days – just remember to cancel before the 30 days are up, or you’ll be automatically charged.

The same thing applies to Kindle Unlimited. Sign up to a free trial, and you get a month of free books to read, anywhere and anytime you want. Again, remember to cancel within the month or you’ll get charged. It’s not going to cost you a penny if you cancel, and you help me to keep running the site!
