Today the prompt is ‘What emojis do you like to use?‘

Firstly, I’m calling this the weakest question so far. Secondly, I don’t tend to use emojis, though if I do it’s usually the smiley face 😊. I have also been known to use the embarrassed/flustered face 😳.

I can certainly understand how these little expressions can quickly convey emotions in an era of texting (emotional context in texts and emails can often be misinterpreted), and therefore emojis have their place. That said, as mentioned I rarely use them. They have managed to become party of pop culture (even spawning a movie of, shall we say, dubious quality), but I feel like they’re the domain of younger generations.
