This isn’t the first time that the self-appointed gatekeepers of major franchises have been openly bigoted. It will not be the last.
When a company gets caught up in a ideology it will destroy the company. Get Woke, Go Broke refers to the negative, destructive ideologies of Hollywood and CBS. Women run CBS and women are illogical idealogues and have no minds for men. Women appeal to everyone except strong men.

I’m not sure what John’s issue is. Women are always creating some terrific works of fiction. They have a broad appeal. I strongly suspect John’s sense of masculinity is built upon very fragile foundations, hence his attitude.
