This morning I awaken feeling happier than I have in a long time. The love of my wife, a hot cup of coffee (two cups actually) and a spectacular new update for Super Mario Maker 2 have all conspired to put a smile on my face. Now I watch my daughter indulge in reading books at the dinner table (I really should discourage that) and I enjoy the sunshine, before heading to the supermarket to grab a few essentials.
