Meerkat Prompts: Convivial
Time for a prompt post people, inspired by the Merriam-Webster Word of the Day. Their word of the day today is convivial, which means ‘relating to, occupied with, or fond of feasting, drinking, and good company.‘
I can think of several occasions where I have enjoyed such moments. I’ve had many a family do where we’ve had lots of food and drink, and I’ve got some fond memories of gatherings among friends. I would wager many of these moments have been at family weddings, with those on my mother’s side of the family being particularly raucous affairs. There is merriment and laughter within those moments, with many a tale to be told!
I can’t really add much more to this, since there are many times where my family and I have enjoyed convivial experiences. I hope for more of them in the future.
