Do these self-congratulatory, self-stroking (sorry for the unpleasant thought!) social media activities register with his worshippers? It doesn’t seem that way. They either ignore his increasingly unstable behaviour, or they try to dismiss it as some sort of fun prank-like behaviour. They turn a blind eye to how increasingly erratic he is becoming, or try to pass off any criticism as Trump Derangement Syndrome (in reality, it should be said that those who blindly worship Trump without so much as a single critical word are the true TDS suffers).
Perhaps the truth behind Trump’s peculiar behaviour is that it’s all a form of distraction. The US economy is not growing as expected. The US national debt has risen to an eye-watering $40 trillion. The US farming industry is suffering greatly, due to Trump’s trade wars and his ill-fated war with Iran. The Iran war is also costing Americans $100 billion in energy costs, a number rising by $1 million every two minutes. This is the war that Trump has repeatedly declared victory of, yet it continues to rumble on.
Then there’s the cost of living. According to Google Gemini:

What is most telling is that Trump will not take ownership of his failures. These issues, and other problems, are not going away, yet Trump will shriek ‘fake news!’ and his sheep will believe him, parroting his words without so much as a second thought, whilst lapping up his strange social media posts.
Honestly, this trend of worshipping and idolising Trump, especially among conservative Christians, is most bizarre. If Obama or Biden had been issuing such odd social media posts, Evangelicals in particular would have been outraged. Their silence speaks volumes now.
