Treat others with kindness and respect, because that&#8217;s how I would like to be treated, but also because it&#8217;s simply the right thing to do. I do not discriminate along racial, gender or ethnic lines. Everyone is treated the same, and everyone is treated as an individual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Unfortunately, there&#8217;s a lot of &#8216;othering&#8217; in society. It&#8217;s the 21st Century, and yet people get treated differently over their sex, skin colour, or sexual orientation. You&#8217;d think we&#8217;d be past such attitudes by now, but alas, we are not.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The bottom line is, if a customer is in front of me, seeking assistance, they are going to get my help, without arrogant judgement. They are a <strong>person<\/strong> first and foremost, and that&#8217;s all that matters.
