I’d believe it, even if it weren’t true. That seems to be the fix for everything nowadays, even if you tell technical support that you’ve tried that already. LOL 🙂
I try not to blame them… I try… I know they have a script to go on. But, good Lord… when I tell them I’ve already tried unplugging it & plugging it back in, LET IT GO!!

Urgh, Tech Support in a lot of places are useless!
