Feeling Accomplished

It’s a minor thing, but I’ve now put together nearly 68,000 words of my Warlord story. I’ve developed a few new Formula 1 pages (including updates to driver profiles, a new section on circuits and an expanded F1 Explained section). Of course, in normal circumstances, I wouldn’t have had the time to do any of this as swiftly as I’ve managed, because I’d be working, and naturally I want to get back to work. I don’t believe this will happen until early June now, but we shall have to wait and see.

In the meantime, I’m going to continue to press on with my Warlord story. To put this into perspective, The Greatest Ludus spans 48,312 words, and The Warlord currently sits at 67,875 words. That’s quite a difference! I still need to finish porting my Rome story to the site – I’m halfway there at the moment.

I’ve put together some artwork. By now you may have seen it. I can’t really say any more than that. I’ve done some cooking and I’ve survived. I’ve re-read my Jensen Button autobiography, and I’m currently reading Mark Webber’s autobiography. Beyond that, I have a few other books I can sink my teeth into. I’ll do some more drawings, cook a bit more, write a little more, and hopefully come the end of it all, this lockdown will be over and I will be back at work.
