SERIOUSLY! You need to read the GoT books. Especially if you like the show. Even if you don’t like the show, the books are fantastic.

Also Shakespeare. Just so you can lord it over people. That’s why I’m reading it now! 😉

I might get around to reading them one day – it’s just a case of finding the time!

Hmm. I had forgotten that you were a full-time worker with a wife & kid. OK, I’ll forgive you this transgression… this time. LOL 😉

Seriously though, the Game of Thrones books are easy to read. Personally, I can’t fall asleep without reading for a little bit in bed, so maybe you could find time then. Or, my Dad uses his… erm… bathroom time as his reading time (seriously, I made him a cross-stitch that has a little toilet & a cat & it says “welcome to our reading room” lol).

The only warning I would have is, George R.R. Martin is a brilliant bas****. He ends each chapter in a “cliffhanger,” then changes the next chapter to a different scene with different characters, making the books very hard to put down. If you manage to read ’em, consider yourself warned! 😉

Yeah, I am often busy! But you know what? I wouldn’t change that for the world. My wife keeps me grounded and sane, even when I’ve been at maximum stress. She is a brilliant woman and I often wonder what I did to deserve her! My daughter is a quirky, eccentric little soul already – very much like her dad! She makes me smile, every single day!

Awww. You’re an adorable dork, y’know that? 😉

Find time to read Game of Thrones. Says the dork wearing the “Live Calm & Demand Trial By Combat” tank top. LOL

Nearly 1/4 of the 2.06M virus death around the world have been in the United States and United Kingdom, under the stewardship of these two men. The hard right is a death cult.

A fallen warrior, together with a small band, must tear down everything his kind holds dear and reshape his people -- or see them utterly destroyed. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08DK71165 #scifi #action #adventure @darth_timon

Oh god. 1,820 UK COVID deaths announced: our highest since the pandemic began, in a country with one of the world's worst death tolls.

In accordance with an earlier link, apparently slapping a raw chicken 25,000 times will cook it. How does one apply the slaps? In one place or evenly? Can you over-slap the meat? #WednesdayMotivation
