It’s stupid to be angry about it I know, but yesterday my throat was unbearably sore from harsh coughing and my brain feels like there’s a haze around it. I didn’t dare eat any dinner for fear it would return, and likewise this morning I’ve not had breakfast, as I just don’t think I can stomach any. The pills I’ve taken have stopped me from sleeping (which only makes me feel worse), and all because of a design flaw that makes us vulnerable to bacteria and viruses. If we were a product to be bought and sold, I’d be asking for my money back.
