So yesterday I tried to call a customer. Their landline number stated I needed to be 18 to carry on the call and that it would cost 60p per minute. Bit weird for a standard area code call, but okay. After staying on the line, I suddenly get a message telling me ‘Stay on the line for some dirty anal sex chat’. Erm, I just wanted to talk about your furniture order!
